Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Codepilot, Inc.’s (“CodePilot”) website and client communications, including our SMS/MMS messaging program. A separate service agreement or order governs purchased services, pricing, and cancellation terms.
Website and client communications
Provide accurate information and only submit materials you have permission to use. Do not use our services for unlawful activity or to interfere with the security or operation of our systems.
Cody is CodePilot’s AI assistant. You may request a callback from a human CodePilot team member during a conversation. AI-generated information can contain errors; contact us if anything needs correction.
CodePilot SMS/MMS program
If you opt in, CodePilot may send text messages related to your service, including:
- Onboarding and invitations to speak with Cody.
- Website previews and requests for approval.
- Project progress and completion notices.
- Support responses and follow-up questions.
Messages may be sent using automated systems. This consent covers service-related communications, not unrelated promotional campaigns.
Consent and frequency
You enroll by entering your phone number and actively selecting the messaging-consent checkbox on our signup form.
Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or use of CodePilot’s services. You can contact us through hello@codepilot.com if you prefer not to receive texts.
Message frequency varies based on your requests, project activity, and support needs.
Message charges
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s plan determines any charges you incur for sending or receiving messages.
Stopping messages
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from CodePilot text messages. You may receive one confirmation of your request; no further messages will be sent through the program unless you opt in again.
To rejoin, use our signup form to provide consent again.

Delivery and phone-number changes
Message delivery is not guaranteed. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Please notify us if you change or give up the phone number you enrolled with. Only enroll a number you own or are authorized to use.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information, including mobile numbers and messaging consent.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will post the current version with its effective date. Changes do not expand your messaging consent to unrelated purposes.
