Codepilot, Inc. (“CodePilot,” “we,” or “us”) provides website and digital-presence services. This policy explains how we handle information through our website, client services, and communications, including Cody, our AI assistant.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide, including your name, phone number, email address, business details, website requirements, messages, and uploaded materials.
When you communicate with Cody, we may retain conversation transcripts and information gathered during the conversation. If we record call audio, we provide notice and obtain consent where required.
We also collect technical information needed to operate and protect our services, such as IP addresses, browser information, and service logs. We use cookies or similar technologies to support sign-in, preferences, and website measurement. - Prepare, build, maintain, and improve your website.
- Coordinate interviews, work reviews, and approvals.
- Send service-related messages you have agreed to receive.
- Maintain client records and communication preferences.

AI-assisted services
Cody and other AI tools help us conduct interviews, organize information, and prepare website content and changes. Relevant information may be processed by our AI service providers to perform these tasks.
CodePilot staff may review conversations and generated work to deliver the service and check accuracy. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or other sensitive information through ordinary texts or conversations with Cody.
Information sharing
We use service providers for hosting, communications, AI processing, and other functions needed to deliver our services. We share information with them as needed for those functions.
We do not sell personal information or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Text-message opt-in records and consent are excluded from any sharing for marketing purposes. We do not sell, rent, or transfer messaging consent. Communications providers may process the information necessary to deliver messages on our behalf.
We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or the security of our services.
Text-message choices
Providing your phone number does not by itself enroll you in text messages. We request separate consent for our messaging program.
You can stop text messages by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact hello@codepilot.com.
See our Terms of Service for messaging details.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide our services, maintain necessary business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no system can guarantee complete security.
Your choices and requests
Contact hello@codepilot.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to ask about our handling of it. We may need to verify your identity. Some information may need to be retained for legal or legitimate business purposes.
