Connecting Brands and Brokers to Gig Workers
Gigemz is a secure platform that connects brands and brokers with gig workers who have retailer-specific CPG expertise. Codepilot helped design and build a web experience that streamlines how these three groups find each other, collaborate, and manage ongoing work in the gig economy.

Challenges
The rapid growth of gig work created both opportunity and friction for Gigemz’s audience. Gig workers struggled to find consistent, trustworthy clients, while brands and brokers needed reliable experts in areas like retail assortment planning and CPG account management but had no centralized, credible way to discover and vet them. The challenge was to design a secure, easy-to-use platform that could bring all three parties together, reduce the friction of finding and hiring talent, and build enough trust into the system that long-term collaboration would feel safe for everyone involved.
Outcome
Codepilot partnered with Gigemz to plan and deliver a secure, web-based platform built around the needs of gig workers, brokers, and brands. Using agile project management and continuous feedback from the Gigemz team, we implemented an intuitive interface with streamlined job posting and bidding, robust communication tools, and a review and rating system that helps users build their reputations over time. Personalized dashboards give each user type a tailored view of their gigs, relationships, and next steps. The result is a scalable platform that transforms how CPG experts, brokers, and brands connect, collaborate, and grow together in the gig economy.
